How the Score Works
Overall Pace Score = Early Pace × 35% + Middle Pace × 25% + Late Pace × 25% + Finish × 15%.
This weights early speed the most because pace pressure often decides race shape, but still gives credit to closers and horses that finish well.
This is not a guaranteed pick. It is a way to organize pace strength before looking at odds, class, trainer, post position, track bias, and trip notes.
